If you're concerned about the safety of your child at the festival and want to know what safety, health and security measures are in place and what facilities will be on hand. Travel:
Victoria Park is located in Tower Hamlets, in the east end of the capital. There are no parking spaces available in and around the park, so don't travel there with your private vehicle, but use the public transport instead.
Security:
The Underage Festival '11 in London Victoria Park has appointed veteran security guards at the main gate who will check ID to make sure that only those youngsters between 13 and 17 will get entry. If the ticket holder is unable to provide the proper ID when asked for, security people reserve the rights to refuse the entry without any type of refunds. They also reserve the rights to check anyone inside whenever needed.
Parents & Guardians:
Parents and guardians are strictly prohibited from entering the site but they can drop their child off to the entrance. There will be catering outside the park serving cold and hot drinks while they wait.
Parking:
Gate 5 at Victoria Park has limited parking space for up to 100 cars and lets the entry on a first-come, first-served basis from 6pm. Any vehicles parked after 9pm would be towed away.

As there will not be on-site public telephones, guardians are advised to equip their children with a mobile phone for the day. The site will have telephone lines but only for emergency. For those who will need emergency help during the festival, there will be welfare tents wherein staff people will be offering assistance.
Alcohol:
As an underage event, the Underage Festival in London Victoria Park does not allow any type of alcohol at the venue. On-site bars will only serve non-alcoholic drinks and the security will check all bags for alcohol upon entry.
Food:
Festival-goers will be able to find a great range of food and drink at the festival. The festival permits to bring only sealed water bottles up to 1L, no unsealed bottles or other drinks are allowed.
