Team Wales to bring home gold…

PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 22, 2011 – Heats 7 & 8 of the RYA ThunderCat National Championship will take place on Swansea beachfront, Saturday 23rd – Sunday 24th July.

Saturday & Sunday from 11am – 2.30pm Swansea beachfront will see around 30 competitors racing close to shore testing their stamina, skill and perseverance. This event will showcase the extreme action with close to shore racing on an ‘M’ shaped course. Spectators will be able to see the entire course at all times providing exciting action and adrenaline entertainment for all the family.

Local ThunderCat racers ‘Team Wales’ (Simon Harding & Marc Sheehan) have been training in gruelling weather conditions preparing for their hometown race. Based in the local area this is their waters and are definitely a team to keep an eye on for this event.                                         .

Come and join the thrills and spills of Thundercat Racing whether you want to be a spectator, racer or official you are always welcomed with open arms!
